How Far Back Do You Go?

Sample Chopping
ill rip vinyl with soundforge then chop up the sections that i need, usually 16 bar loops so i can autochop in my daw to my pads, whem something isn't going to come out nicely i send it to recycle and use that to make it a rex with custom chops. i have bomes midi translator rigged up to my audio... -

sampletank 2 and fl users help
you have to assign the midi channel or whatever for sampletank in the fruity wrapper options or whatever then you add a "Midi Out" from the fl studio vst list and set the options on the midi out channel it adds to have the same midi channel as or input or whatever as you assigned for sampletank... -

Drums - how to sort them?
i have like 80 gigs of unsorted samples and if im bored not making a beat ill usually sort samples, if i like the sound and find it useful i will give it a prefix like SN for snare and name it with the first thing that comes to my mind to describe it, it could be SN-crunch or SN-crocodile... -

haha shit sounds mad diff here in washington, here we get zips at around 220-230 for some average, 250-260 for some chronic. me and my dog usually pick up a qp for like 800-900 and flip em out for like 1200 in smaller bags. but it sounds like we got some bomb ass pot compared to you guys, like...- trebeatz
