mpc 60
as far as the MPC 60, your samples will sound a lil fatter and at 12 bits that cuts the actual clarity of the sample as far as recreation of the original sound.....if you have a 1000 I believe you can do just about everything as far as your sequencing is concerned, i mean for the throwback you...- bigdmakintrax

Just copped the final piece for tha new studio
I would get it...even though its 12 bits..but if you still want Very real clean or gritty drumz try to get the 3000, its 16bits.....and even though the 4000 might be newer...a lot of other paid producers still prefer the 3000....you gotta love the clarity of a very well sampled snare and kick...- bigdmakintrax

Work with what you have and try to approach the same finished product....what they have access to sometimes you will not be able to emulate in sonic clarity or overall finished track thatz just how it is, sometimes there are pieces in the pro mastering environment that no software plugin by...- bigdmakintrax

Illmuzik members against 4 bar loops

How Do I Record from Keyboard to Software Sequencer without loosing Levels and textur
If you have cool edit that will work man, you just have to record each track independently to cool edit.....you would have to do the same in protools depending on how many outputs I think you have 4 of them on the fantom...how many inputs to your sound card?......just use this example.....sync...- bigdmakintrax
