BACK IN MY DAY......

People were allowed to smoke EVERYWHERE. Even grocery stores!

Parents would send their kids to the store to buy cigarettes and beer. No ID required!

Everything was closed on Sunday. It was also church day.

There was no 24/7 news. We got the news from the newspaper and the 6 o'clock news.

Rap music was FUN.

The Sears catalog was a good replacement for a porn magazine.

If you had a bully, you didn't report them to anyone. You ordered a set of weights and protein powder from the back of a magazine, waited 6-8 weeks for delivery, then workout like a MF, downed those shakes, then go back to school and kick the bully's ass.

Re: worshipping @Ruff Dug false idols is something I never did which is why I’m not surprised when people do heinous shit w/regards to public image as many people can and do hide under the guise of “respectability.”

Re: MGTOW @thedreampolice men always went their own way why you think “boys will be boys” and “men are men no matter what” are oft repeated phrases when boys and men’s behaviors are given passes? I don’t hate all men, only the misogynistic ones.
That’s not what mgtow is at all I’m afraid. It’s a very important movement that isn’t misogynistic whatsoever.

I'm not clicking that shit, it's going to ruin my YT experience.

FUCK KANYE. He can fuck right off with his mental issues. Fuck that.

I just want good music, I'm tired of hearing about people with their issues, especially these so called celebrities. Boo-hoo. Cry me a river. Fuck 'em.

@Fade
That Kanye song in question “Can’t tell me nothin” has the most baller opening line in all of hip hop “I had a dream I could buy my way to heaven, when I awoke I spent that on a necklace “

Come on that’s awesome and hilarious. Kanye is a pretty damn good writer.

here we go lol,
the fanclub is in this shizzle.

It’s full of dopeness!
Nah man, sanity is the new counter culture, lmao.
All that mental illness is so 2010's.
All this getting in touch with our emotions and shit hasn't worked out well for us. Feefee's wont feed a starving family.
We need to man the fuck back up, so we are ready for when shit gets real.
When the world around you is going insane, be a rebel, be different. lol.
Might start a whole new movement instead of clinging onto the coat tails of another.

Dude I know everyone is joking around and playing but mental health issues are very real and I’m glad as a society we are finally de stigmatizing it.
yes, mental illness is very real, half of us will have mental issues at some point in our lives.
People with mental health issues need proper support, they dont need their mental illness to be politicised as a weapon against everybody else. They certainly also dont need to be exploited by people with agendas, destroying their lives with life changing medications that cannot be reversed. Vulnerable people need help and support, not exploitation and not necessarily medication.
I myself have been in a period of depression, my doctor advised me against the anti depressant route, Im glad he did.
There is a difference about saying you care about the mental health of people for social media brownie points, and actually wanting them to get the help they will, and so many of us will need at some point. I dont think mental illness is being destigmatized, I think its being used as a tool against the majority to use the "rights" of a tiny minority to take away the rights of everybody, so nobody wins in the end except government. I still cant get over the fact that some people still believe the government cares about their wellbeing.
The constitution was created to protect from over reaching government, because power only pursues more power.

I have a fucked up sense of humour, I say things straightforwardly, that doesnt make me any more heartless.
Personally Im a bit fed up with people unable to manage their own emotions, how can mental illness be stigmatized when mental illness is becoming the norm? When irrationality and senselessness becomes the norm what does it mean to be mentally ill?

I think if China and Russia teamed up with India, Iran and Brazil, would our crop of "men" with their dyed hair, low testosterone levels and low tolerance for words and opinions that dont rigidly match their own be able to defend us?
I dont think so.

De stigmatising it is good.

But often it's more being celebrated, or over indulged. Or people like "oh i have anxiety" but do you really tho?
Mental illness has become a tool of social clout, it buys victimhood points in the victimhood olympics, a badge of "honour".
Much like a prison stretch is often seen as a badge of honour for rappers.
We have biological men competing against biological women in sports and destroying them.
Womens rights came so far for it only to be sacrificed on the altar of men with an identity crisis.

We have now had two men as "woman" of the year. This is fucking insanity, and people are scared to say the emperor isnt wearing any clothes.
