    Direct monitoring is routing in the tascam and back out only, no software processing. Load those asio drivers and setup cubase with them.

    What audio card? Make sure you are using ASIO drivers. And enable live input in cubase. How well do you know cubase? Also I LOVE that mic in the video, Blue rocks!
