Batch is the way to roll as long as the software doesn't limit u to what can be executed in the process.... Did u try fuckin with Recycle yet tho? Its does what ur looking for. Not sure what u meant about "centering the sample" tho? -

Recycle lets u chop a file and export all the slices as separate audio files to where ever you designate. I used it quite a bit in the past. -
