    Microhone Volume Troubles

    Yea, it could be that you need phantom power or you might need a new Mic cable. Try havin somebody talki into the mic while recording, while you tap the mic cable, see if it goes in and out. I used to have that problem, it takes a while workin with mics before you can understand all that.
