Velocity with VST's
Wassup? When i write something in the piano roll of certain vst's and adjust the velocity of individual notes it doesnt seem to change at all, every note is being played at the same velocity. Any Tips? Cheers -

Gate on Master??
hey all jsut wondering if its wise to put a gate on the master of ur final mix? and if so wher? (like b4 compressor/limiter or after?) i was playing around and i put it b4 compressor/limiter and it seem to add a little clarity - can any 1 tell me if im trippin or wat? -

sup, ok so im rewireing reason into FL, using the midi out in FL to write the piano roll. Now in the midi out channel, there are controller knobs, which you can assign to controll or automate pitch etc, but i dont know what controllers are what. I've managed to guess a few it takes ages to... -

Gettin loops into FL....???
yo just export ya loop, get in fl, go add one munu and select fruity slicer, load loop into it, open up piano roll for slicer and away you go. thats wat i do neway -

im tired of fruity loops.....
Man i recently go to feeling that fruity was limited, but its not. I belive the key is mix it up like i rewire reason into fl although that can be dodgy, so i redered out loops from reason and anywhere else possible, put them into "fruity slicer" and it works nearly the same as as the samplers... -

Garageband is a great program
Yea i Agree with ADO, gb is limited and i find the sequencer a pain but the synths are mad realistic. -

rendering in fruity demo the only thing i can suggest is make sure b4 u render u have song selected and not pattern. -

hey yea ive managed 2 rewire fl studio 5 into acid pro 5 but wen i compose a melody in my midi piano roll in acid - which is correctly linked to a channel in fl i cant hear any thing. it plays in fl cos i can see the activity meter in fruity moving. id really like to know how to rectify this... -

hi to rewire fruity into acid u need 2 open acid, insert soft synth and then a dialog box should come up with two tabs, click the rewire tab and if fl is installed as a rewire it should come up. then u need 2 instert a midi channel in acid and select which channel of fruity u want 2 use. this...
