I got the ps3, but my gf doesnt think we should invest in it being online yet!!
Even though all the commercials so it only does everything, and they have commercials where the gf's are mad cuz their bf isnt online! lol
I point all this out! Im trying to convince her!
Soon as I get the dang router or w/e then Im in !

ps3 is free to get online. most servers arent that good but its free. the reason i know the servers are crappy is from experience before you call me fan boy. you get what you pay for.

PS3 is not my cup of tea...played a few times online with a friend's console...and the servers are HORRIBLE.

Xbox live has it's moments but for the most part the online gameplay is awesome.

Yes...I'd rather play the little bit of money for xbox live and get better gameplay than pay nothing and get shitty gameplay..

Plus they hack the shit out of PS3 online games....

Ironically enough, they managed to hex MW2 for Xbox.....apparently you jump in a room where there is no time limit and people are just going in spawn camping and racking up hundreds of kills in one session.

modern warfare 2 patch is out. all of the glitching is done. at least for now anyways
