Just checked the whole show...I think it's great, wide variety of music all well placed (as in they all flowed together well). One song was extremely loud compared to all the rest but a dope show overall.

Well your volumes are over the place but the really obvious one comes in at 24:16. Whew! that ish is loud! Listen to the whole song though and check the volume all the way through...lol

*As a matter of fact after listening to this a second time...whoever mixed/mastered this song needs their arse kicked for atleast 2 states! and put on indefinite suspension from even getting close to a DAW or a compressor!

ha ha, yea I did not spend much time on volume. I will do that next show.

and oh yea, that song is NUTS at 24:16 it blasts on my itunes as well. I should have turned it down, but honestly I was just trying to see how fast I could put it together and if I could keep up with a weekly thing.

BTW The song in question is Infinity Guitars and it is SO FREAKIN AWESOME!

ha ha, yes I did nothing with the volume. The point was just the music. I will put in an auto gain plugin for the next one.

Where is the track list?

Do you think I need one? I am obviously breaking tons of copy write laws so I was worried that it may show up on a google search. If you click the spotify link you can see all the tracks. Also I kind like the element of surprise in not knowing what is coming next.

I have to seriously edit the carolina shows sometimes and you realy wont get an equal sound across all songs on an underground show, but I do try.
Also I harbal the whole thing at the end to bring a sense of continuity to the overall sound. Just some trix on what I do.. Cool that you are doin this show, if the artists themselves are sending you the trax you shouldnt have copyright probs.

I just throw them in to Adobe Audition, I am not really a DJ. But maybe I will work on that.

But no the artists are not sending me anything.

As far as the levels, I use a limiter and an auto gain plugin so it should be pretty darn close.

I use virtual DJ for Golden Age Excellence Radio.... never had any issue with volumes, auto gain function is very accurate.
