The next Beat This is NO MUTHAFUCKIN' THEME. Bring it.

I was seriously concerned it was gonna be the Sonic theme!

Anyone else hope they never have to hear the mario theme for a good while?!

the Deez - 2good battle is ALWAYS Dope, 2 different styles mostly, but both as dope. 2good is more like explosive dope, but deez is consistent dope. true story when I saw u 2 on the battle that final I almost had a seizure

I know how you feel, most people probably felt that way at some point whether here or elsewhere. Shit can feel personal when it seems like "why no one else gets it?" I checked some last battles to see where people at, at some pure dope shit didnt make the cut. That's how it is sometimes.

I had no clue where i stood in this - I'd listen my shit like "i get it." "i know what i done" "but are other people 'getting' this?" n much apprec they did.

If I give I give my honest reason why your track didn't make my cut, no hate no anything, I just felt it had a bit too much going on.

That's all.

I think there was another track I initally thought had too much going on, but I end up like the way the producer approach it.
Maybe your track is one of those ones that takes some time to grow on someone. You know like that overlook track on an album that month later becomes your fave.

We brought the heat and squeezed some o' the oldbois out.

Didnt want to say Trap is bad, i think im more comfortable with Boom Bap, just wanted to get out of my comfort zone for this battle to crank up the challenge for myself a bit.

The dude that won didn't make a trap beat more like early 2000s down south like some bone crusher type stuff he just added Kendrick Lamar and ppl went crazy when it didn't make sense and it most definitely didn't have that somewhat original Mario feel i didn't know where he was going with it honestly the Kendrick Lamar voice threw me off

They're known legends that put that type of sound on the map for producers today what kind of comparison is that because they're in a league of they're own with that sampling stuff they've just learned how to manipulate a sample and mix the old hi hat or certain drum sound in with the sample or certain significant sound from now a day sounding music no matter what genre that old sound can be incorporated with the new sound you just have to know how to do it but ill post some stuff on here and show you what I mean
