    Those are modeling presets. I dont see anywhere that you can load your own sample. In fact this is from the product page "Drumaxx is not based on samples or even commonly used 'synthesis' techniques, where oscillators are mixed and the result is always 'electronic'"

    To get someone to be exclusive to you will be tough. If they work for another label does that label need to pay you? You need to bring allot to the table for an artist to be exclusive to you.

    8 came out two years ago. and Native VST support, not gonna happen. Every developer supports RTAS for the most part. There is no reason to support VST.

    I have not been able to play with one yet, but my friends at SW tell me the new Mboxs are nice.

    I think its correct, do you have PT in any form now? Most DAWs are going for $500 so $600 is not really to far out of line.
