Yeah, i can totally dig not wanting to loose everything on your card. I still have 2.10. I tried 2.11 the last AKAI release and it is shit, plus they didnt add anything new. But 2.10 is 99% stable for me and ive been using it for 2 years. I also found you need to format your CF once you get it... -

Cool cool....thanks for the feedback guys. Yeah regarding that dilema you spoke of - the only way to remedy that is to make each sound on different tracks, or while tracking go to the mixer and turn down the unwanted sound and then turn it back up later and then turn the others down, or lastly... -

So how many of you are actively using the JJ OS and claim hands down its more stable, efficient, and logical then the official Akai release? I'm just curious to see where everyone stands...I tried it out before attempting to buy it and I honestly wasn't that impressed, plus graphically things... -

Yo thats actually a pretty darn nice signal chain addict. My buddy has the brick, that thing tends to sound pretty dope on most vocals. Plus u got GREAT converters...Shit, thats more than 1/2 of what ultimately makes a great signal on the way to your DAW. Ive heard even standard workhorse mics...- Shonsteez
