    Well the first error is a clocking error so that has to do with the audio interface more than anything. But this thread is over two years old. So who cares?

    Back when I dug for vinyl I would look for either Jazz or just strange stuff, the weirder the better. Now I dig either with spotify or YouTube, and its fantastic! :)

    Have you ever toured? Unless you are on a big circuit it's tough to do anything but break even. Been there done that, but it sure is fun :)

    Sadly the entire "the money comes from touring" thing is a myth. Touring is really expensive. I do agree that if an artist tours he must have merch, a physical cd, shirts etc. but the money these days is in publishing. Read this on touring...

    Because people are either lazy or they don't understand how much tone matters. If you want a unique sound that's yours, composition is only half the battle. Only use the stock stuff if you can tweak it and make it your own!

    phantom power does not make a mic better, just different. and no dear god dont get a USB mic, get the interface. It will leave you in a more flexible position, to buy a better mic down the road if you want and to hook up other things to your computer to record from.

    trying to play jazz riffs on the thing was not too bad, and I am sure I can make room :) But I have no idea how to do anything with a bow etc so I would probably have to take lessons to get up to speed, and yea I am with you on the fret thing but its not as bad as I expected, gosh it sounds so nice!
