***Do Any of Yall Copyright Sampled Beats?***

Nas you can get a copyright but what just nullifies everything you said is that in order to copyright the derivitive work you have to own the copyrights to the original work to register a derivitive work....so again if you create a sample free work without any recognizable vinyl....(even if its...

    GrooveBox's

The mc-909 is pretty amazing, i had the old school mc-505 and I have to say I was impressed with the 909 in comparison to an MPC you miss the pads but the 909 is pretty powerful and you can make tracks that are full of power and punch.......also recently I bought the Roland sp-505, after 1...

***Do Any of Yall Copyright Sampled Beats?***

Ok just because they copyrighted doesn't mean that whoever sent the certificate actually checked......flipping a sample or anything else is called a derivitive work ( no matter how much or little of the song you flip or try to disguise... .....the only person that can copyright a derivitive...

The Pattern is all the same!

all I can say is get a new motif it has the best fuggin transposer on it....you can make a simple beat and it will give you about 20 different flipped patterns or maybe more.....or just listen to the kick and the snare for 4-8 bars in any music that you want to emulate....but really the pattern...

    The Last Of Jay-z??

He's definitely not wack if you really listen to the shidd he weaves in his lyrics, one of kind so that to me accounts for him to get the respect and also his ability to rhyme to anything with a consistent beat...LOL....I don't know if the next to rise and fill his shoes is really out here right...

Do some more research on Jay'z age player, try 38...LOL he fudged the numbers a lil bit to stay appealing and marketable...but anyhow you won't be able to keep him from a Mic, I bet you that, now whether it's his last album maybe for a lil while....hahahaha

    Cool Edit Pro

It's easy.....just record your vocals after a good sound check and of course a good mic....get a sound check to make sure nothing clips...train your mc if they don't know how to use the mic and where to stand....control breathing......then the most basic thing.....most people I know and myself...

***Do Any of Yall Copyright Sampled Beats?***

It has nothing to do with disagreeing with me....it's just that simple ya gonna have to disagree with the law LOL....You're right though as far as the beat being a separate entity or whatever...but have you ever filled out a copyright form?.....when you do it has a few questions in there...

***Do Any of Yall Copyright Sampled Beats?***

You cannot copyright an existing copyrighted track if you copyrighted it and were sent the certificicate, its because they didn't listen to it....but it is not legal to do that...so the answer to that question is no because there is an existing copyright registered off the original song or...

Well manufactured vinyl records : a rarity nowadays.

Here we go....I mean look that's just a product of supply and demand, when vinyl was the only media it had to be good quality, now the only people that care to use vinyl are DJ's and maybe the very rare radio station.....of course the manufacturers cut cost......why use as much material to make...
