Too much BOOM on my kicks.
Watch out for phase cancelation as well.... Like Drama was saying if you have multiple sources sounding at the same frequency they can actually ghost each other and that part will begin to disappear - in a case like this you have to start dissecting unwanted frequencies with channel EQs... -

A Few question about using a midi controller for reason
Try routing your keyboard through your interface as well via midi instead of usb. You should still be able to interface the TF through USB successfully and control Reason however. I remember when i had the Trigger Finger I had to manually assign each pad to the redrum channels but after that it... -
