    Nice man, thats wussup! Ive got a few spins before from my college radio station in the past but Ive never had anything official like a completed album to really push yet, just singles thus far. It does help get u a good deal of exposure for free tho.

    Ive only used the AKG C 414 B-XL II model, i dont have experience with any of the others. I would personally roll with the Babybottle or the TLM103 tho.

    Well your options are pretty good for that much money. You'll def be able to afford a premium quality mic. Im pretty sure you can have a company like Sweetwater ship internationally? At least I thought they did. If not though, Im not really sure whats available to you in the netherlands?

    Like DaProduct said, the Apogee will provide you with great converters at a "prosumer" price but you sacrifice a lot of I/O options with that interface unfortunately. If you only need a couple Mic Line Ins, and a couple 1/4 In's then that interface would be good for you, if you plan to expand...

    I feel u and can relate to what your saying, my last job was just like that. In the end however, its still totally up to you to make a change in your life and ultimately nothings stopping you, its just that its easy to get comfortable once things are feeling secure.
