    cheap turntables?

    Theres nothin wrong with a belt-drive. Especially if your just samplin. Even if your scratchin on the shit, itll be about a year before you REALLY need a new belt, which is only $10. I know direct is better, but beltdrives are fine for samplin.

    Im usin it for puttin demos together. Like get the beat on 1 track. Put the different verses and the chorus on the other tracks. This is just for when i dont wanna pay $50 an hour for studio time. Just to get basic layouts and some smalll tracks together.

    Yea, and about fillin in empty spaces. Its like dont throw out your seeds if you get a bad bag of weed. Its the same as the small rims, light snares, and extra hi-hats you find in the break. Keep that shit for later. The extra sdounds make it sound more realistic.

    Theres always a way to make them work. Just try makin a couple breaks out of them even if you dont think the individual samples are perfect. See how it comes out. Maybe if you could give me a couple of the breaks i could let you know how good they are?
