    Jus to put my opinion down, i think you should find an inexpensive studio and just work on your shit there. Find somebody who makes beats for cheap and get em off of them. What happened to the days where people went to the studio to make an album?

    I dont really know notes, but you could have an organ tone in g# (if thats even a real not) and you could assign it to whatever key you want. I dont know if i get yuor question, but you should really try to find somebody who can show you in person.
