    Wont name no names, but yeah I know a few. And your so right, most cases its who you KNOW! This applies to other things in life too, whether it be getting a regular job or getting a song placed. Knowing someone always helps.

    the more ram the better, it will run more smooth. but you also have to consider the cpu, soundcard and hdd rpm. All these play a part. 1gb ram, 2ghz or more cpu and a decent soundcard along with a hdd with 7200rpm should it. The big libraries wont load up instantly, but it should only be a...

    yep, they do have a very nice set of rhodes. the analogue synth product is also fantastic!

    Check out Applied Acoustics. Their stuff is based on phyiscal modelling, not samples. The lizard lounge plugin (for e-pianos) and string studio (for guitars/clavs and other crazy sounds) are my favourite. You should look into upgrading your ram though, 512mb is a little too small.
