215Hiphop.com has a lot of beatmakers, what they did was a remix album where their top 12 producers remixed existing songs. It was pretty dope. There was a JaySki "Kick in The Door" joint that's no longer on there (too bad), and the Luchini joint is dope. Here's the link... -

I forgot to mention Brazil. I am a big MF fan of that country. As you mentioned, you got tons of fine women, you got a rapidly growing economy, beaches, good food + that music - the Samba - that is my shit right there, I love that Bossa Nova, Samba shit, I could listen to that all day....- dahkter

Good thread, a lot of interesting info. One drawback to diggin is I feel like my record collection keeps me from packing up and moving somewhere. I'd need to digitize it and sell it (although I guess a storage unit would be a possibility). Me personally, I have the same thoughts as Merc...- dahkter

To add to this thread, how are the user interfaces on these modules? I remember the Emu modules being really easy to set up on 16 midi channels to use with the MPC. The Korg TR-Rack on the other hand had a horrible interface, sucked. Yamaha FS1R also has a pretty confusing interface and only... -
