what is a good recording school.
Yo, Full Sail is a wise choice... The price is up there but it is well worth it... And unlike most of the other recording schools out there, you can tell your mom that you get out of there with an Associate of Science degree and also now have the choice to continue further on to your Bachelor's... -

in order to get samples to sound correct when you are trying to play back notation with them they have to be multisampled and layed out across a Keymap... samples should be done with having a seperate sample at least for each octave and layed out in the sampler as so... the more samples that you... -

The best way to make the use out of an MPC is to have it as a Cooperative core sequencer for your studio... The MPC has a pretty solid lock up with a computer DAW type sequencer such as Pro-Tools... Throw an MPC in the mix along with your favorite synths and sound modules... choose a keyboard... -

MIDI cable question???
MIDI A MIDI cable is actually pretty much the same cable used for an XLR mic cable... the connector has 5 pins, but only 3 of them are actually used... A true MIDI cable is usually shielded... however, you have to make sure that you are using a MIDI cable and not just a 5 Pin Data cable as for... -

GAMEBOY!!! i don't know, i have mixed on a million different speakers, amps, and rooms... i would have to say that the gameboy speaker sounds like it will be better for mixing on then on 3 different pairs of consumer speakers all going on at the same time... sounds to me that it is over... -
