I was just wondering if anyone else have or had other art forms they were into before they started making music? Like i always would draw and paint back in the day, when i was in 9th grade i was better than all the seniors in my art classes, then later on i got into video production and that is what turned me on to music. i use to make comedy skits, and i dressed up as tiger woods and went into a major mall here in georgia and played golf..lol...them people flipped.

what else do you all do, i see a lot of cool graphics, ect, im sure you all do that yourselves!

I was an actor and a poet before I got into rapping (which is really still my primary love) production is still kind of new to me but I dont know if it can replace the artstic freedom I find in rap.

Looking back, I was always a producer of a sort, I was the beatbox for the school yard ciphers, then I was the drummer on the table for the lunch room battles. I had the best beats, I use to use different pencils and pen and rulers and protractor for my snares. That use to mess they head up. I know it sounds stupid But before I really started actully saving and starting to craft real full beats , my main love was getting money and playing ball and dressing in the newest sneaker and chasing cat. Looking back thats all I can remember doing. I remember feeling like something was missing. Like I 'm suppose to be doing something. I hate I wasted all that time. I admire dudes like afriuedeluxe and mod 1 for realizing they calling a young age.

Art.....

When I was growing up we were poor and couldn't afford a lot of stuff. I used to draw transformers with this other kid and cut them out and play with them. We stayed in trouble all the time for playing with our cut-outs in class. Eventually drawing became a good way for me to break ice with people. I would just draw something cool and the next thing I knew I had like 10 friends. Eventually I got pretty good at it.

When I got older I started doing portraits of people. The first one I did was of Terminator X. I could tell you how many girls asked me to draw Tupac. I started getting into a lot of graf and comic book stuff. I was still poor as hell so I was drawing designs for shoes daydreaming about kicks I wish I could get. Me and my boys would have design contests trying to come up with new ideas for Jordans and stuff. The we started getting tall props for drawing Mortal Combat pictures with our friends faces on them.

I took four years of art in high school and them some in college. I ended up with a job in design so I rarely get a chance to draw a lot of stuff anymore but when I finish bullshit'n I'l post up some work on my site.

its all relevant to how you've lived your life.. for some people, digging for records is an art. I've lived with hockey all my life, so in some way, to me it is.
