the fantom XR rack is a soundmodule and a full on sampler as well. Basically with this rack i will have great sample editing and filtering cabapablitites with enough expandbilitity for years to come.

Basically as far as hardware goes, im set for a long long long time.

My cousin and i are thinking about getting the triton extreme soon. 88key full weighted.
If or when that happens, you can unplug all your midi cables. and sell you equipment. lol. the one tool i need right now is time. i need more time to work on music. i got so many beats that need to be tracked out its not funny.

WEll acutally i have a bunch of records now, my grandfather was a jazz musican and he has a collection of about 1,500 to 2000 records. He has been slowing giving them to me in chunks of 300. I also have been gettin alot of records from other family memebers as well. I havent set foot in a record shop and my collection is at about 700 right now.


I havent been posting alot of it on illmuzik but ive been getting very heavy into sampling. Im finding that chopping and compsoing over the chops is my prefered style of sampleing. Looping cool, but its just not my thing.

THe fantom sounds are very dope, Leads are ill , fantoms are know for there synth sounds. Im also looking forward to messing with its sampler too. THe thing i also like about the fantom its the flash card and the expanbiltity. IT will be a perfect compliment to the motif rack.
