I revieved this im my email a couple a days ago and im not sure what to make of it?...Theres no link to tha cats music, or even a name??.......Have any of you guys revieved tha exact same message in yer mailbox and could this be legit??.......Just wondering if some shady fool is cuttin and pasting tha same thing in unfortunate producers mailboxes???

It sounds like a bunch of fools with an idea on how to put a homeboy they have out but they know no one that makes beats so they checked you out on soundclick trying to get you to give them some shit...think about it 1000 cd's they want beats from you how will the beats be given to them..mp3/cd/will you send it in a pro tools or cubase format for them to be mixed down...shit like this is always funny...hit him beck and ask how does he want the beats and how will it be recorded???? if he says send him mp3 or cd then they're full of shit if they say pro tools format be cuatious but don't send anything that you didn't copyright

Yeah, im definitly not giving my music away for free for dam sure!...Thing is if this was some real shit that they are goin to be doin then i still am hesitant untill i hear what they sound like as well...Adn get this...I already emailed them back and asked if they can drop me a link and a name and i havent even got a response yet especially for soundin so eager to hook somethin up and its been 2 days now.??
Im not even really that sprung about it, but if they turn out to be emcees that i would like to produce for and im goin to get ACTUAL ROYALTIES then im def. down!! I jus replaced my fron axle in my honda and im broke as a joke!......On tha serious tho, i care about my music too much to jus give it away or for that matter for like 50 buck a pop...I mean unless yer a close friend.

If this was reall tho, and i did go through with it i wouldnt want my shit sound in all wack in mp3 format - i would send a raw wav form or aif and maybe even seperate wavs so that they may be mixed in a studio since i jus got my computer. To me it would be worth tha 1.50 or what ever to send tha shit in tha mail versus some compresses gargabe on tha net...I mean im tryin to represent my music to its fullest.

phuck what they might make and give you, u r a producer, get you money up front and have documentation, just words of advice for the future man. if they serious, they will be emailing you asking how to set up a pay pal account or giving you the control number so you can get your money at western union, simple as that.
