Yo,

Is it just me or like when you get BLAZED out of your fuckin mind, the patterns n melodies seem to make much more sence?. It's like, you're mind speaks and your fingers do it. Like before, i had to work my ass of to come up with somthing halfass good. But, when I'm all blunted, shit just produces much more free'r?

Sorry Fam, I had to get this out of my mind, to see if im nutzo or not.

Nah, i think its tru personally.....What it does is amplify yer senses so when yer vibin to a beat or makin a melody it makes u not care about anything else so u end up jus focusing on the music, this is at least from personal experience.

What i like about it is when i get lit up and then proceed to make a beat; i tend to work more effeciently and just keep ideas flowing faster cuz typically i woudnt work like that. In a sober situation I tend to get easily hung up on things like, "Is this the right patch", or "nah, nah, i better remake that drum pattern"....or whatever....But when im faded, i just proceed to the next step and keep it goin....I like that.

I think it is all perception though,....Trust me. Sometimes certain songs only sound dope in the first place if you are high, and that aint no joke..lol....Plus, you often end up coming to it in the morning and ask yerself, "what the hell was goin through my head then!?"....LOL......To me, its just like when yer sober though, you still end up with some shitty joints and some good joints and then u decide which ones are keepers, but what makes it worth yer while in the first place is the actual process in which u create those beats when yer high becuase you often tend to make choices in yer workflow that are a sku from yer regular game.....

Check this: My homie that i grew up with that makes beats with me, he finds it funny that i see it this way about smoking and beatmaking since the way he makes beats in the first place is like hes high allready! haha, thats funny just cuz hes just the opposite in his workflow........Basically, it just makes me go about things differently i guess....
