Yamaha RM1X and RS7000

I used the Yamaha RM1X before. That is some real shit. A lot of people on here wouldnt know it, but this shit could really be a contender with the MPC2K. I prefer the MPC because of the pads, and cuz its just classic. But the RM1X is real easy to use and is a pretty powerful sequencer. It will take some gettin used to a little if your used to the MPC, but it really is pretty hot. It also has some pretty usable sounds, but i dont think its a sampler (You can always get an S900 if you dont already have one). I would buy it if i want already gettin a 60 and if i didnt have an enso. I just wouldnt get one now cuz i already have a shit to use as a sequencer.

yo, it's totally true... it can do soooo muchmore than the mpc minus the sampling... and the RS7000 takes care of that... yamaha is the shit... i really want to find someone with an RS7000 and work out some sort of deal to pick it up... the thing that keeps the MPC afloat is that it is the cool thing to use... society has everyonethinking that it is the only way to make a beat... nice research you got there on the RM1X though... interesting...
