Fade i SWEAR, im watching the video, and the entire time im thinking like "Wow, he has all this gear, but his sounds are dry with no effects, and his drums are really weak, and this beat is sub-par". Then BAM! Right at the end he takes a stab at Reason users. Funny thing is, his sounds, sound EXACTLY like my Reason stock sounds.

So of course I sent a PM to their lil squad and told him his entire setup, version my lil ol' computer.

Crazy how people think just cuz they got a whole hoard of equipment (I have a small amount myself, but im speakin from the Reason User standpoint), that it'll make them good at music. Its the man, not the tool.

To be honest with you, I dont even want his MPC, because that would add a whole other learning curve to something i've grown quite comfortable with. I've learned all sorts of ways around the MPC, no need to sacrifice that. On top of that, im sure as mostly everyone hear knows, A flute is a flute, a Marcato is a Marcato, and a E-Piano, is an E-Piano, no matter what the source is. Only thing that changes is the EQ and FX, the way it was recorded, and to what extent it was layered and mixed.

Other than that, I see those workstations as nothing more but extra synth sounds, and the like.
