Windows 7 Sound Issues

Hello illmuzik it has been awhile...


I just recently got a new computer and I am running Windows 7 Professional 32 bit.

My only problem with the machine is that I keep getting this clipping/choppy audio feedback when I play through my Lexicon Lambda audio interface...

I have been doing research and messing around for HOURS!!!!!!


Can someone please guide me through to fix this issue...

what DAW are you using?

i havent even got into a DAW... i just tried playing a song on VLC and Youtube and I get the choppy feedback

hmmm, I was thinking under runs but thats not it. If your Win 7 mixer settings are correct, then I don't know what else it could be...where are our tech guys when you need em? zzzzzz

Find the ASIO sound driver. No matter the sound card, this usually helps because you can create your own settings and it is compatible with mostly all DAWS.

what is that ? usb or fw ? Try setting either driver to legacy in win 7, just a wild guess here. It could also be the lexicon driver being crappy ofc. Have you checked with lexicon support ?
