Why cant I load an Avatar?

I've been on this site for a minute now and I still cant upload an avatar. Can someone help?

When I go to CP and click on the Edit Avatar option, it says NO AVATAR SPECIFIED and the button that says DO NOT USE AVATAR is clicked. There is no browse button or option available.

Try it now. It's just because the system runs the script every few hours, I see that you just went over 100 posts so maybe that's why.
