Naw I think your dead on Dac...its combination of both poor artistry and a lack of general creativity IMO....I mean, the fuck!? They couldn't write a new song instead of covering We Are The World???.......Its just like the movie game right now, too many directors/producers are putting out remakes of popular old movies instead of writing new shit anymore....people are just getting lazy it seems. I mean, I know that nothing's the same anymore, the good 'ol days are long gone, but just seeing this shows how bad things are. Why did they have to throw in guys like Lil Wayne and have a whole rap breakdown? Back in the early 80's when they did the first one, they didn't have Run DMC and Ice-T in there, so why now?

It sickens me that they just threw in the "star power" rather than actual talent. I think it's because there's hardly any talent out there at all. Look who they opened up with - that little gay kid with the douchebag haircut.
