Waves Plug-ins

not quite sure if im in the right forum for this question but does any1 else use Waves plug-ins? ive found them to be very effective tweaking tools. i havent used the full array of plug-ins but what i have used i have been astounded by the results and quality u can achieve. i have the waves gold, diamond and masters bundles. any1 use them?

I just got myself the waves diamond bundle. Its fucking beautiful. The first time i heard about it was a recomendation from a person here, holmzini i think, dont remember. Basically i fell in love with this shit, the mutliband dynamics plugins are killer. Everything sounds good. Now i can actually have a better chance of mastering my shit from within flstudio rather than having to go through the hassle of using some external tool.

I can tell you downloaded them illegally, why the hell would you have the gold, master, diamond and master bundles. Dude the diamond bundle includes the entire suite just about. Yeah sure Waves has some great plugins but through my journeys I've found some plugins even better or equal to Waves. They do have some good plugs though don't get me wrong.

If you can afford the UAD-1 studio pak which is about $700-800 you won't be sorry kid, also the Sony Oxford is a killer EQ. Get you a distressor from empirical and the fatso, get some choice gear show that your dedicated about this music shit and you'll notice a huge improvement in your sound. Just my two cents.

your teacher is right, these plugins are as good as it gets. i had mine for a year and a half and the only other plugin i use that is not a waves plugin is the steinberg puncher.

Yeah I've been checking into those wave plug-ins myself. I heard that they are dope. I would like to get the diamond bundle; but damn! Those things cost some grip! Does anyone know how or where to get them cheaper? I've been seeing prices of up to $3000!

just got the Diamond bundle muthafuckas and im VERY impressed. i havnt been able to play with it all yet but i did a quick comparison of Waves's RVerb to Protools DigiRack reverb by setting all the parameters for both reverbs roughly the same and the difference is AMAZING! Waves algorythms are so fucking dope. hella realistic. word.

i jus got all 120 man and damn im proud very proud....i love the TRUEVERB its proffessional quality....i haven't had chance too go thru em' all yet but does any1 know a good masterin plug-in?????

oh yea does any1 know these r worth $7000 so i think we ALL got em ILLEGALLY lol
