Check out the OKP Review of Fear Factor.. after solid reviews from rapreviews, cosigns by djz, and others and of course a great review from Illmuzik and some other solid press, we get this. The reviewer was uninformed and it seemed to be a personal attack on us and not a fair review of the music. But anyways, any press is good press is good press, and the Smash Brothers share our experiences with the Illmuzik fam first always.

There r a couple inconsistencies: the reviewer says his name is d l chandler but the very first comment is from dl chandler saying that he did not write the review.. ?????

secondly they obviously didn't bother to read our bio or any info about us; we both are NOT originally from bk and we don't even rep it like that anyways. In fact i have two songs "overdo it" and "fear factor" are pretty much all about my upstate roots. i dunno, the review seems almost comical to me . I almost laughed out loud when i read it. BTW thats one of the lowest ive ever seen in any review ever. but okp has a long history of suspect reviews anyway. but u guys can be the judge! If u agree or disagree let it be known in the comments. im not make a big stink about it cuz imma grown ass man but u get the idea that they didnt really listen to it.

I thought Biggie's protege was Hova, not BDKane's? Anyway, the review sucks, not the CD. The tracks that I have heard were tight, and this dude doesn't even go into an in depth review. Just seems like some dude with a grudge.

I have no problem with a bad review, infact i embrace them because atleast your getting a response...But this review wow.. its just crazy especially considering the music that they have given high ratings in the past...

He came into the review with a preset "Brooklyn" state of mind. Next to no diversity is the reason NY Hip Hop is not at the top of the food chain anymore.

Like I've already said, "publicity is publicity"! Now you at least know that you don't sound like every other Brooklyn rapper out ther. That means "you're in your own lane". Keep grinding and "fuck what a hater think!"

I personally could give a shit if u guys are from Hawaii or Craplackastan, if your making bangers thats all that matters....With that said, ALL reviews tend to be biased one way or the other anyways, the only thing you can hope for is someone that at least has some literary skills and an objective ear rather then a subjective ear.

At least you guys got a review, I agree any press is good press. Super fucked up and suspect that the guy that signed the review didn't review it! Definitiely a random internet hater that wrote that shit, one of you guys must have had internet beef with someone at some point LOL

I find the article humorous and ridiculous. I understand that reviewers often compare artists, but this guy seems so focused on finding the next Biggie that it's making him look like a lousy writer. This guy seriously needs to do some research and open his mind a little bit...
