Vocaloid anyone?

Has anybody heard of and/or tried Vocaloid?

I used it when it first came out, too me it sounds too robotic but if you work at it you might be able to get it to sound like a real human. I was using Lola. It's a good idea for sparking new ideas in the studio but it would never replace real singers (Thank goodness), plus the technology has too improve, but its cool if you want your vocal arrangement to sound a little artificial then you can get busy with this software!

I used it.. I feel it's really good but only for Backing vocals as it's like architect said.. robotic sounding... you can control every aspect of it really well though, the only downfall is that you need 512 RAM minimum.... but yea it's dope..
