Tube Preamps Question.

Hi everyone,

I got a presonis TubePre and I was wondering how long I should go before I replace the tube. Thanks.

I don't know much about the longevity or life of tubes but i think it's something to do with how colored the sound gets over time. I'm guessing you'd be able to hear a difference in the sound (maybe crappy distortion, loss of gain or quality etc).
