I like it too, personally Id layer another kick and snare over the drum break to be more present as the drums sound a little back in the mix for my personal taste. Just turning the break up though will change the whole balance of the mix, so just adding a kick and snare on top would suffice for me.

do you think it's too fast for vocals? this is 110 BPM, my comfort zone is usually slower 75-90 so it's a change for me and wasn't sure what kind of vocals would fit with it (if any).

I've long been of the opinion that a rapper worthy of the name can ride any beat.

as 2Good says there isnt really too fast we have drum and bass mcs over here, but for this it would need to be a very particular stylised mc i think not run of the mill
