Tommy Guerrero

Have any of you huys heard of this dude Tommy Guerrero. I was up in Streetside Records and they were playin his album. The shit was hot I has to buy the album.
What do you guys think of his sound? Some of the songs have a little bit of a hip hop feel to em. I think he some skateboarding vat, but I've never heard of him before this. Go here to here some of his music.

TOMMY GUERRERO?!?!?!

That dude was my favorite skater back in the 80's, his claim to fame was being able to do sick ollies and was one of the first people to bring kickflips out of freestyle and into street skating.

He was into music back then; since retiring from pro skating, he got into making obscure hip hop tracks, I think he's on the Mo' Wax label.

do you have the new prefuse73 album? There is a collabo with him on it. Do you know Dabrye? It's kinda in the same vein.

I heard one of his songs in 97, and I was so impressed I got a cd he was on. I forget the name of it, but he is different, and thats what attracted me to him.
