Today I got Sued

.....Well treated anyway, I got a letter from some lawyer company acting onbehalf of BLOCKBASTER VIDEO telling me to pay my overdue fine or they will take me to court !!

so I wrote an e-mail to the law firm

My outstanding fee of $20 dollers at BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO
Would I be able to pay this off at 50 cents a week ?

This is what I got back

Sir,
In reply to your email we received today, your offer to repay your debt is
not acceptable.
Payment is expected in full by the 24/1/2005 as stated in the letter you
would have received, If payment is not meet further action WILL be taken.

So later today I'm going to the bank and exchanging my fresh $20 note for, 400, 5cent coin's (I wish 1cent coin's were still in circulation) I'll make sure I ask for the manager, this will test here math's skills

haha dats crazy. only scare tactits tho. probably not even realy from a reallaw firm.. haha.. i thought they policy was if u late more then 7 days they just charge ur credit card full price for the movies. you shouldnt even owe late fees since there is no more late fees. i wouldnt even pay dat shit. especialy if u didnt set up ya account with a credit card or active debit account.
