The "N" Word

There is a new DVD I saw the other day by the same title.
How many people (white folks and black) here feel it is exceptable to call one another or their black "friends" that?
First.... All should check out the DVD.
Second I know hiphop has made this "seem" cool although I dont think it is.(Tribe)
This is just a subtle nuance in culture where blacks can say it but other races cant.
Whites can use "Cracka" but in polite company blacks shouldnt.
Even with (NO, especially with) my best friends I dont call them derogatory shit.
I talk shit about their mothers. Cuz thats love.
Fade if this is too political, kill it.

Can "cool" white folks use the "N" word?

This has been brought up here before,,,but the DVD hasn't so we could keep tjis open I guess. Personally, I dont use it in my lyrics, but it occasionally slips wit the fam,,,especially after a blunt or sumthin,,dont make it right, but,,,at this point,,,whatever. It's a fuckin disgustin word, and I try not to use often. Even as an endearment.

i think it is fucked up, but the meaning behind it and the way you say it also has to be kept in mind, because it could be pure luv or hatred, could go either way, its one of the other, my opinion
