Oh yeah man I had the Triton LE for about a Year or so I was sort of partial between The Motif I had that board too for 2years since it came out and always liked the touch screen on the Triton Classic Though........but I know I said this about the Fantom S, I think they knew some of the complaints that might come on the Fantom-S as far as efficiency of making use of the parts and the puny low response pads thatz why they came out with the X so soon I think, but both of these boards are definite hot ones if you want beats that can be pretty much mastered to HI, PROFESSIONAL quality before you record, the beat in the Comp didn't use drumz from the fantom just some samples I had but even though the drums are ok on it and the onez on the Triton are dope I just like using samples...to be honest beats I will post up I DID absolutely nothing to them except normalize using Soundforge you can judge for yourself and I don't use any presets except maybe the ocassional arpeggio and sometimes a hat pattern.....they are very full and sound just as good as a track you would get by going into a pro studio to get them to bring up levels and add some analog warmth......it is amazing what is happening now because these kinds of workstations are making production so easy there is no excuse to have a shiddy sounding beat as far as quality.....you don't have to do a lot of mixing on a Beat, just mix the vocals and you have a very good end product...
Oh hell man I draw em in or bang and edit or just bang it and then quantize......
