My ideas for the 3rd movie...
Batman is treated like a criminal. So he needs to lay low. He focuses on his new Bat Cave and needs help fixing it up and is working on a new suit and a jet. He is introduced to Morgan Freeman's nephew who becomes an assistant because Morgan is too old to lift sh*t. The kid was an MMA fighter but had to serve jail time for fighting in the streets, which he did to survive since his parents were killed by a dirty cop.
Batman goes out looking for criminals and then runs into the newly introduced Bain, who is a juiced up cop with a hard-on for Batman. Batman loses the fight but before his identity is compromised, his new assistant shows up wearing the new armor Batman was working on and saves his ass. This young fellow ends up being Robin, who is now BLACK.* Robin realizes Bain is the crazy cop that killed his parents.
IN the mean time the criminals get away and it turns out they were working for the Penguin. The Penguin works in a meat locker so he likes the cold, is a little crazy and a little deformed and is nicknamed The Penguin by his coworkers. He teams up with Frost and they want to break levies flooding Gotham and then freezing the water turning Gotham into an Arctic like state. This give you a chance to see Batman's dope ass boat, and snow mobile as well as Robin's snow boarder skills.
Things get out of hand because Batman's bad boy image has attracted the attention of Catwoman.
Robin kicks Bain's ass and Batman deals with Penguin and Frost.
Batman uses his huge microwave laser form the first movie to evaporate the water and it ends up turning into snow. Gotham falls in love with him because he saved their city and makes it snow for the very first time.
Roll the credits, you see a quick appearance of an Alien in Gotham which gets killed by a Predator, hinting out the the making of a Batman vs Predator movie.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Frost = The Rock or Vin Diesel

Catwoman = Angelina Jolie or ???
*I am Black and I normally cringe at the idea of casting Black people for traditionally white roles, but this is the only way I could think of to bring Robin in the picture and not have him be some goof ball. You can sub him for a white boy and say he was the Butler's nephew.
