wow I dunno, it looks like he had very good lawyers because if it was anyone else with a public defender he would be in there for awhile....main thing for him though he probably gonna be having his body guards looking over his and their shoulders when you gets out though...its still tragic though, hopefully the labels dont brush him off when he gets out they seem to react differently to things like this...but then again look at 50...columbia Washed their hands of him when he got shot and into all of the gunplay so who knows how it could turn out but it still should not overshadow the fact that someone lost their life.
