True! He'll be damn near broke from legal expenses by the time he goes to trial. If he really really thought he was innocent he'd be in the court room in 60 days. Watch how long he tries to drag this out. If it takes six months he knows he's doing time. Even after all this he still can't humble himself enough to stay out of the publics eye.
