i actually haven't used scsi in my setup -- it was hard to come by when i got my mpc -- and i've just been used to working without for so long

vitamin -- zip drive actually -- i mainly use its sequencing capability -- thus not having to load many sounds into it -- more drums than anything -- and thanks@pug
