Stretch Feature (not Timestretch)

Okay, so I'm sure all of you that have used recycle have appreciated, or at least noticed how it will kind of stretch the end and decay out the end of a sample you have chopped abruptly. I love how it does this, makes your samples sound more natural if u let them play this out. Recently when chopping smaller sounds like .6 seconds in soundforge, I find myself copying and pasting it into recycle after already getting samples from a song, then setting it to stretch, then exporting as a single sample with recycle. I was wondering if there is a quick way to do this same kind of stretch/decay type thing with soundforge, I looked and couldn't find out if there was. Or if there is any other type of program that does this type of thing quick and easily? Any help is appreciated

I tend to add a little reverb near the end of the sample and tweak it until it sounds like a decay rather than a reverb.
