step sequencer problems

i don't know if it's been asked already, but howcome sometimes randomly, the piano roll and playlist turn on this "auto snap" feature, with places the steps perfectly in time of the beat? do you know what i'm saying?

i need to know how to turn this "auto-snap" on and off.

Yeah, I think he's talking about the piano roll. Did you try and changing the snap to none?

go to the grid icon next to the word playlist on your playlist, click it to none! if you want it back on do the same thing and choose line, you are talking about playlist right? hope this works it should

pianoroll as the same grid, and do the same thing
