Are they cracking down on all sample users that didn't buy rights to use the sample (which is basically most beat makers)? I just got an email concerning this issue about my "Never Be" beat. The sample was from Chollo Rivera's "By Chollo" album.

Soundclick is gay anyway. They deleted my acount for not putting the tracks in the proper category when in my opinion it should belong in that category.

fuck soundclick I had a biggie remix on my page for nearly 2 years, the day after the movie notorious dropped, I get a letter about copyright infringement. I removed all my remixes, then they said I had to remove all my sample beats. reverbnation > soundclick

I had a beat a while back that got removed off of there, it was a Fleetwood Mac sample I think.

Ive never had any trouble from soundclick, i have even sold a few beats through them.
But then I rarely post sampled stuff to soundclick, and if I do I make sure the samples arent too obvious, with exception to one of my Sadat X remixes, but they havent pulled me up on it.

Fuck soundclick, I got turned off by them when they kept going down for maintenance over and over and over. I haven't updated it in ages. I posted a beat with a pic of me banging a chick....A friend busted in and took the picture....I thought it was awesome..

I use soundclick all the time. Works great for me, but don't really use samples. Maybe a strange vocal here and there or one chord of an instrument. Nothing to exciting.
