Soundcard Pci/usb

I want to take it to the next level and buy a 24 bit souncard with minimum 96kHz - YES THIS is my next level.

So i was thinking should it be PCI or USB? What are the pros and cons of the two?

And to continue i have the following options all in the same price range so i want only to hear performance opinions:

E-MU 0404

E-MU 0202 USB

M-Audio Audiophile 2496

PS: HOW DO YOU RESIZE IMAGES???

M-audio 2496. I loved that card man. Worked wonders for me. Good luck wit it. Never had ne problems wit latency or ne thing. The A/D converters are awesome.

Go for the M-Audio.
If u get the EMU, u gotta learn how 2 use Patchmix.

Im stayin away from EMU.
Hopefully I'll get my Mackie Onyx Satellite soon.
