Sound Design in Logic 9

I use to use Reason 4 on my PC which I loved due to how easy it was to create sounds. Logic has alot of stuff but its really hard for me to create new sounds. Trying to make a basic saw synth and no luck. Anyone have any tips on what synths to use and how to program them?

Have you tried the Es2 synth?

I've played around with it. Like I said the synths are so different from Reason...gonna take sometime with create some new sounds
