Dear All:

Sony's Urban Music Division is doing showcases for up and coming artists in a number of markets. Most areas are represented. This is a list of the markets in which there will be showcases. As usual, use common sense when dealing with this. If you choose to showcase your talent, make sure your act is good.

Sony A&R is supposed to be there. The gigs are subcontracted to local promoters who will do the bulk of the organisation for the local market (promo, etc.)

The offices can't be that far from where you live (Copenhagen isn't necessarily gargantuan.) Maybe a stop by their offices and some ambition will get you some more information. Yeah Londons got loads, Dizze Rascal, Kano, Klashnekoff, Shystie, Wiley etc. and they are pretty good, there are a lot of wack ones though but I aint gonna mention them.

kano is aiight, but klashnekoff is the only decent name in those few.

the UK has a lot better to offer than that. like phi life cypher, jehst, taskforce, skinnyman, lowkey and doc brown, lewis parker, etc. we got some nice hip hop acts workin their grind.
