Stat is supa nice but I personally don't think he's ever coming out on Shady/Aftermath. He's been there like 4 or 5 years already. That's a damn shame. His album has been done for over a year. It's been pushed back 3 times that I know of in 07!

Yea man Stat has ALWAYS been nice... i remember when i first heard dude in a talent show way back in 1999 at the University of Florida...dude was killing it back then... I dont know why he hasent been realised... i think it has alot to do with the politic's of the industry right now.. basically i think they are having a problem marketing a southern MC becasue of the style of music that is popular right now in the south(thats just a guess)

whatever the case they need to do something...

Either way LUpe's verse on the second joint murdered EVERYTHING.....

I just read a book on Dre. And through the words of people that work with him closely, and people that have been his close friends. He's mad whimsical when it comes to people's projects.

If rumors are true and Detox may see the light of day... Stat should just pick up and leave now.

Ive heard this joint. It is sick! I also heard the rest of Freeway's album and it definately surprised me, shit is quality.

Nice i remember back in the day stat quo looking for beats LOL, oh and one more thing that you mentioned it, imma tell you there is a lotta garbage on myspace, buuuuuuut there is a lot of talented emcees and more on the South, i had quite few cats swing thru to leave me their site to add, I am thoroughly impressed that there is a lot of emcees not on that exploiting the drawl and slang of the South and the stereotypical rolling on some 22 ish with 808 beats either that 99% is pure Gar BAAAge, its clouding the water so the diamonds in the ruff have to shine too be seen for artistry and pure craft....i been hearing a lot of well put together, well produced lyrical ish sorta throwing back to the 80's type of straight up emceeing, not a lot of cyphers but just plain good writing, delivery and so forth...just emceeing yes yes yall and you dont stop type shit...
